Forming the internal working group of hqLX, Task Force focuses on public engagement and cultural cooperation. The program functions as a collective residency that accompanies cultural practitioners in investigating new forms of shared space and the identities within. Task force’s methodology links informal practices, public programming, and a collaborative research framework.
Based on its thesis #3rdlife – a discourse-driven and instigative community practice – Task force forms grounds for a participatory and mentoring environment within hqLX. hqLX, named after headquarters, is a community-driven base dedicated to contemporary residencies and spatial experimentation in Luxembourg City.
